Marquise Group is a division of M.J. Posner Construction Co., Inc., which was established in January 1974, by Martin J. Posner, President and Owner.

Marquise Group brings a fresh, new approach to the real estate, funding, and investment arena, not only for projects that are construction/real estate related, but also for companies and/or individuals in need of financial services that are non-construction/real estate related (i.e. business plans, ventured capital, gap financing, equity participants, etc.). Martin J. Posner has more than forty years experience in all facets of the construction industry, as well as real estate and financing, through his own hands-on experience. His technical background/credentials include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Pratt Institute, and an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Construction Technology from New York City Community College.

He is also a Licensed New York State Real Estate Broker, and Certified New York State Real Estate Instructor.
